I offer two types of Exfoliation Scrubs: The main differences between the two products are:

*Sugar Scrub
Gentler for sensitive skin
More moisturizing (higher emollient content)
Soothing

*Salt Scrub 
More abrasive for weathered skin
More therapeutic (higher mineral content)
Can cause minor irritation if you recently shaved

Body Wraps: Body wraps, also known as body masks and body packs are used to aid in detoxification, remineralization and rejuvenation of the skin and the entire body. They are especially effective when combined with massage and hydrotherapy.

I offer two types of body wraps - the Acti-Sea Body Mud and the European Rose Body Mud. The main differences of the two are as follows:


Acti-Sea Body Mud - with five unique seaweeds, this product provides powerful benefits for those seeking to enjoy the therapeutic and rejuvenating effects of the sea. Once applied to the skin, the pores soak in many sustaining minerals, which promote our organism's function, such as balancing sodium and potassium so that edemas are prevented, and providing magnesium to calm our nervous system. This remineralization process is a key therapeutic benefit.


European Rose Body Mud - This rose clay from France, blended with emollient ingredients, offers both extreme moisturizing and therapeutic drawing-cleansing properties. Rich in beta blucan, rosa centifolia, and alpha hydroxy lactic acid, it is like a facial for the entire body.


Swedish Massage: Experience the peaceful tranquility of the Swedish Massage while I work to relax and release toxins from your muscles, increase the oxygen flow in your blood stream and leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated.

Deep Tissue/Sports Massage: A slow deeper massage that helps prevention of injuries and relief of stressed muscle groups. Sports Massage combines mobilization, stretching and pressure point massage to ease and restore function to muscles and joints.
 
Pregnancy Massage: A special treat for the mom-to-be and an important part of your prenatal health routine. Using the side-line method, I will gently relieve stress on weight bearing joints, ease neck and back pain and help reduce water retention

Reflexology:  Activate the healing powers of the body.  Reflexology is the manipulation of zones in the feet and hands that correspond to other areas of the body.  It can reduce stress and induce relaxation, improve circulation, cleanse the body of toxins and impurities, balance your whole system and revitalize energy.

Aromatherapy Massage: Create a customized aroma, feel and effect with different essential oils added to your Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage. 
 
    Available oils/blends include:

Rose: Anti-depressant, anxiety, PMS, relaxant, balancing, normalizing. Avoid during pregnancy.

Grapefruit: Anti-depressant, digestion, circulation, colds, balancing, cheering. Avoid during pregnancy and with epilepsy.

Lavender: Anti-viral, menstrual cramps, antibiotic, insomnia, anti-inflammatory, bronchitis, muscle pain, decongestant, headache, relaxant, anti-depressant, asthma, digestion, calming, normalizing.

Peppermint: Indigestion, headache, stomach ache, colds, menstrual cramps, nausea, decongestant, vitalizing, refreshing, mental clarity, cooling. Avoid during pregnancy and with Epilepsy.
